Get to Know Us
Andrew Farrugia started his career in construction in the mid 80's with a company called Home of Homes Ltd. in Brixton, London, U.K. as a junior estimator/surveyor.
After a couple of years at Home of Homes Ltd. Andrew then moved to a larger general contractor, Robert Mansell, who were also based in London. He continued as an estimator/surveyor moving up the ranks within the company. The projects that were undertaken varied from grade I and grade II listed buildings to working on some historic buildings in London, such as, The bank of England, Tower Bridge, and many West End Theatres.
Andrew and his wife, Julie, moved to Canada in September 1992 where he started his own construction business working on custom home construction, full home renovations and additions, commercial, industrial, retail and residential projects including hotels and restaurants.
As a company we continue to move forward with smart home technology as well as sustainable, and environmental initiatives.

Jack Farrugia is a 24-year-old multidisciplinary artist,
designer, and entrepreneur based in Port Perry
Ontario, Canada. His creative practice spans drawing,
painting, digital art, mixed media, fashion, brand
design, and interior design, reflecting a diverse and
evolving artistic vision. Jack studied at OCAD University (Ontario College of Art & Design University) in the Drawing and Painting program, where he refined his technical abilities and expanded his exploration across multiple creative disciplines. Through his academic
experience, he developed a strong foundation in both traditional and contemporary approaches
to art and design. Following his studies, Jack has continued to advance his practice while pursuing a range of professional creative projects. He currently serves as Creative Director at George Cole Construction Inc., where he specializes in the design of commercial spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, indoor and outdoor living spaces as well as exterior facades using CAD software. His work bridges fine art and functional design, combining creativity, craftsmanship, and a strong attention to detail.
